Renewing plans (Monthly Plan or Annual Plan)

Customers using a credit card

Payment will be automatically made on the renewal date, so no procedure is required.
However, if the credit card has expired or cannot be used for some reason, payment will not be accepted. In that case, please log into the Live2D Store and update your credit card information.

Note: Please note that if the problem is not resolved, your plan will be automatically canceled 14 days after the payment error occurs.

Customers using a PayPal

Payment will be automatically made on the renewal date, so no procedure is required.

However, if the PayPal transaction fails for some reason, your payment will not be processed. In that case, please solve the problem with PayPal and contact store@live2d.com immediately.
