How to check RLM_DIAGNOSTICS.log

When a problem occurs, Live2D may ask you to submit RLM_DIAGNOSTICS.log in order to investigate the cause.
Please follow the steps below to check the file.

for Windows

*Replace the “X” with the version of Cubism Editor you are using.

STEP.1

Open the folder where Cubism Editor is installed.

C:\Program Files\Live2D Cubism X

STEP.2

Open CubismEditorX.bat in the folder you opened in “Step 1” in a text editor like notepad, and find the

set RLM_DIAGNOSTICS=C:\ProgramData\Live2D\RLM_DIAGNOSTICS.log

Specific Text to Add
if exist ProxyConfig.bat call ProxyConfig.bat
STEP.3

Start up Cubism Editor.

STEP.4
A file called “RLM_DIAGNOSTICS.log” will be output to the “C:\ProgramData\Live2D” folder.

*If you do not see the ProgramData folder, please check here.

for macOS

STEP.1

Download the following “com.live2d.rlmdiagnostics.plist” file.

STEP.2

Place the “com.live2d.rlmdiagnostics.plist” file in the following folder.

[your user home folder/Library/LaunchAgents/]
STEP.3

Restart your computer.

STEP.4

Start up Cubism Editor.

STEP.5

A file called “RLM_DIAGNOSTICS.log” will be output to the “Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Live2D” folder.
Open the output log with a text editor and check if the file is empty.

*Your user home folder (~/) is usually “/Users/[login username]”.
For further information, please refer toApple’s official support site.
*If you can’t view Library in Finder, go to [Go] > [Home] > [View] > [Show View Options], open the Home folder, and check [Show Library Folder].
