This error occurs when the license key entered for activation is not a valid license key.
Check the following and try again to activate the license key.

• Is there an unnecessary space in the entered license key?
(Enter the 20-digit license key including hyphens using 1-byte alphanumeric characters. Example: CHCC-1234-5678-1234-5678)
• Check that your Cubism version matches the license key.

Cubism PRO: CECC, CHCC, CUCC

License keys that cannot be used with the latest version of Cubism PRO

Cubism 3 PRO upgrade only: DECC, DHCC
Cubism 2 PRO: CEBB, CHBB
