In principle, provided that the use is within the scope permitted by the Terms of Use, Live2D does not limit or prohibit any content or the production process thereof, including content that uses AI-related technologies, such as AI avatars, chat-interfaces, concierges, etc. Furthermore, the Editor and SDK Terms of Use do not prohibit the use of AI-related technologies for the process of preparing source images or other materials.

While Live2D neither restricts nor approves how users create their work, any use that may violate the rights of others, such as infringing use in training data, or development, publication, or distribution of a derivative work (e.g. applications, services etc.) that may harm the creativity of 2D Creators as the assumed primary use is prohibited.
