This error occurs when the user attempted to deactivate a license that was already deactivated or that was never activated. You do not need to deactivate this license. Register it using your PC.

It is also possible that you are trying to deactivate the license using a different PC from the PC used to register the license. When deactivating a license, be sure to check that the PC is the same one that was used to register the license.
