1. Educational service providers agree that it will use the Software for the sole purpose of practice, education, and training of members of the educational service provider and will not use the Software for any other purposes.
2.Users of On-lease Software should be “General Users” as defined in “”Software License Agreement””, will be bound by the same obligations of Software Usage Purpose and Output File Usage.
3. Educational service provider is jointly and severally liable for all acts by any and all members of the educational service provider using the Software (including, without limitation, employees and service users).
