If a customer who uses Live2D Cubism Editor is a General User or Small-Scale Enterprise (Note: most recent annual sales less than 10 million yen), then that customer may use either the FREE version or PRO version for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

If the enterprise has annual sales of 10 million yen or more, the PRO version is required for commercial use.

Accepting commissioned work for production from a third party using Live2D Cubism Editor is not included in the prohibited items. (It is permitted.) However this software and its functions themselves cannot be provided to a third party as the material principal value of a service, for example by providing output functions which can be used only by a license holder as a service to a third party.
