The -1011 error occurs when there is an issue writing to the fulfillment database table. There are numerous reasons this might happen, some could be from the client side and some could be on the server side.

This error also occurs when your PC’s hostname contains characters other than single-byte alphanumeric characters. Please check the hostname. The user name is irrelevant.
